The live portfolio was initially funded with SGD 500,000 in 2020. The amount was top up to USD 1,000,000 in 2021 to give it a nice round number.

The percentage return is calculated based on the injected capital at that moment of time.

Compounded Basis:

The more appropriate way to evaluate long term investment result would be on a compounded and multi-year basis.
