Arbitrage?, less cash and new position
There are companies who continue to choose to list on multiple exchanges.
Other than publicity/prestige, there is really no net benefit for these companies and we continue to wonder why anyone bother with such an exercise.
Some of them list in the US and then dual list back in China or Hong Kong because they need to hedge their listing/political “risk”.…
